Follow that path back to its mountpoint and ensure that the 'noexec' option has not been passed when mounting

yes sorry about this error i had that because i put the /var/lib on the usb drive and had a soft link in the /var
once i moved it back the installation went thru fine, but still no luck...

how can i check which driver is using it?
