Mimo Monitor Touch2 Problem Touchscreen not working

I have been using GUIPLUG on the DREAMPLUG for some time without issues.  I just got a new DREAMPLUG and a new Mimo Touch2 monitor. When I powered it up the screen comes on but the touchscreen does not work.  I'm not sure why.
