I've just taken delivery of my new shiny Efika MX and plugged it into my TV.

The screen resolution is slightly wider than the screen, ie I'm losing most of the top and bottom bars because they're just above/below the visible area, and I'd guess I'm losing pretty much the same on each vertical edge too. It was connected to the screen (which was switched to HDMI) when the unit was powered up.

Where do I start in trying to fix this?

You should be able to resize the image to fit from your TV remote control.

Ah, I thought the resolution was controlled from the Ekifa end. (I brought the TV into the office to test this but left the remote at home so haven't tried it to see if it works.) I did go through the limited menu which I can do from the buttons on the set itself with no joy though.

I'll try Monday and come back if that doesn't solve it. Thanks.
