As per the original Sheevaplug installer?

http://plugcomputer.org/plugwiki/index.php/Reflashing_images_on_the_GuruPlug

The script provided is just a wrapper for openocd; if you have a compiled windows version you should be able to create a suitable environment for it.

Hi Marcus and thanks by your reply,

I done the processes that describe it in the web page "Reflashing_images_on_the_GuruPlug" with the uImage file and the rootfs.ubi.img file via TFTP. (I downloaded the files from http://code.google.com/p/guruplug/downloads/list)

When I reset the guruplug server, It boots well but when I execute, by example, "./xxxx.py" or "./configure" it tell me "bad interpreter", I have to run "python xxxx.py" and "bash configure" to work.

Can you tell me how to repair this or where can I download rootfs.ubi.img files that work well with the GuruPlug Server?

I have encountered some rootfs.tar.gz, but it overrides only the existing files and not all files from rootfs how do the roofs.ubi.img file.

Can anybody help me?

P.D.: Sorry if my english isn't very good.

Hi Marcus, thanks by your answer,

Perdon for my clumsiness but I don't see nothing relative to this case in this page.

I need to execute the guru-installer from windows or find rootfs.ubi.img files to do it from TFTP.

I though that was an answer to the question of how to run your python scripts in the way that you prefer to.

I don't know of any alternative rootfs downloads.

Hi Marcus,

When I do the process (http://plugcomputer.org/plugwiki/index.php/Reflashing_images_on_the_GuruPlug) with the files downloaded of these link and I reset the GuruPlug Server, it not boot well.

It stops booting and appear:

--------------------------------------------------
NAND read: device 0 offset 0x100000, size 0x400000
 4194304 bytes read: OK
## Booting kernel from Legacy Image at 06400000 ...
   Image Name:   Linux-2.6.33.2-00003-g4b82fc0
Image Type:   ARM Linux Kernel Image (uncompressed)
   Data Size:    2688524 Bytes =  2.6 MB
   Load Address: 00008000
   Entry Point:  00008000
   Verifying Checksum ... OK
   Loading Kernel Image ... OK
OK

Starting kernel ...

Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.
--------------------------------------------------

And not booting.

Are these wrong images to GuruPlug Server?

I haven't tried that procedure for myself.

This thread describes a problem with downloading the rootfs. Did yours download without error?

Hi Marcus,

Yes, I downloaded both files without errors.

When the GuruPlug is booting and tries to uncompress the kernel image, it stops.

If I change the uImage-guruplug kernel image by the uImage-plug2, it boots correctly, so I have the errors about the interpreter commands when I execute scripts *.sh or *.py.

I need execute "pyton xxx.py" or "bash xxxx.sh" to it works correctly.
