Hi all!

I've received a mirabox some weeks ago. Today I decided to install NFS, but it seems that kernel was compiled without support.
Is this true?

This is the version that came in it:
[email protected]:~# uname -a

I discovered the same
What you can do is use a user space nfs server if you really need one.
I've switched to SAMBA which actually works better... Or DLNA/uPNP for video streaming.
depends what you want to do with it...

By the way, do the external USB ports work for you ?

I will google a bit about user space nfs. I'm a bit newbie

I do use DLNA (minidlna) for video streaming, but I need to manage files in the HD connected to mirabox. By now I use sshfs. I prefer nfs or samba, because I want to mount mirabox from fstab in my workstation. Samba seems to me a bit difficult to set up from scratch.

Both external USB's are working fine here.
