Although I am in the UK and Royal Mail has not been a problem for my deliveries, I am wondering if a courier service for non-UK shipments might be an option. In my experience (though not in recent times) packages sent by Royal Mail to overseas seemed to enter a void (probably at the Royal Mail - 'other national mail service' interface) which it was hard to track and be assured of delivery. This seems to be a common complaint seen in this forum.
By contrast, more recently I have recieved small, high value packages from the EU and the USA by Fedex/DHL which I have been able to track from shipment to the time it was on the delivery van to my premises.
I am suggesting that, as an optional added cost premium service from NewIT, shipment by a courier service will allow better tracking of goods both by NewIT and the customer.
Just a thought!
